Junior UX/UI Designer

TXT e-Tech is seeking a Junior UX/UI Designer who will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the development and evolution of digital products.

Main responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications;
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs;
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders;
• Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and evolution of design systems;
• Ensure consistency and usability across all digital touchpoints;
• Participate in user research and usability testing when needed;
• Manage smaller design tasks or projects autonomously.

Required technical skills

• At least one year of prior experience as a UX/UI Designer;
• Strong proficiency in Figma;
• Knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design;
• Good working proficiency in English.

Optional technical skills

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite;
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies HTML/CSS;
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Education

High school diploma.

The ideal candidate should also be able to work both as part of a team and independently, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
