The GKSD Group , a world leader in the planning, development, and management of complex projects, is looking for a Junior Training Specialist .
Job Description
As a Junior Training Specialist , you will support and assist in the coordination of training and educational activities. You will work closely with the Training Specialist to support with program setup, participant and faculty management, stakeholder coordination, client engagement, Learning Management System updates, training programs planning, implementation and logistic, as well as other training-related activities.
You will contribute to the management of training programs by helping ensure proper documentation, data tracking, and timely follow-up of activities, while supporting the monitoring of KPIs and deadlines in collaboration with clients.
You will collaborate with the team in preparing tenders and contracts for training programs with private and public clients.
You will work in the healthcare consulting unit at Hospital Healthcare Holdings in Milan and report directly to the report to the Training Specialist and the Senior team members.
In carrying out your activity, you will engage an international team with colleagues based in Italy and the project teams distributed across the MENA region (Egypt, KSA, Libya, Iraq, to mention the major markets).
Prerequisites
- Degree in Medical Sciences and related fields or in Humanities or business administration
- MSC of Science-level education can be a plus
- Experience in training activities and event organization, preferably in the Health sector
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Italian and Arabic speaking, writing, and reading could be a plus
- Availability to travel
