About the Role
We are looking for a Training Specialist – Operations Focus, a highly organized, digital-savvy team player who wants to grow in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment. This role is central to the success of our training delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while adding real value to the content experience.
You will be the engine behind our training strategy, working hand-in-hand with the Training Manager to transform ideas into reality.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage e-learning training platforms with innovative and up-to-date content
- Coordinate logistics and materials for both digital and live training events
- Translate, adapt and localize training assets for the Italian market
- Track KPIs, analyze data (e.g. test completion, course engagement), and produce dashboards and reports
- Support operational flows (budget planning, supplier coordination, reward systems)
- Own one of the core training projects on a rotating basis
- Collaborate with external supplier, and our European training hub for aligned execution
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in training operations, project management, e-learning, or retail admin roles
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Fluency in Italian and Chinese
- Great copywriting, content formatting, and digital communication abilities
- Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite and learning platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with precision
