Role Overview

We are seeking a self‑motivated Electrical Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry (or equivalent experience in oil station electrical design). The ideal candidate will have hands‑on knowledge in designing and calculating electrical systems for oil & gas facilities, especially:

• MCC (Motor Control Center) systems
• Battery chargers and UPS systems
• Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) cable sizing and calculations
• Lighting calculations for control buildings
• Control building electrical layout and design

Key Responsibilities

• Support electrical design for an ongoing oil & gas project
• Perform equipment and cable calculations according to industry standards
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and layouts
• Coordinate with the international project team and vendors
• Ensure designs meet safety, performance, and compliance standards
• Work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Qualifications

• Master’s degree, Master Professional degree, or Bachelor’s degree (5 years) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (oil & gas project experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of MCC, UPS, battery chargers, MV/LV cable sizing, and lighting calculations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent organizational skills
• English fluency required; Italian language skills are a plus
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a multicultural team
