TurinTech, Forward Engineering, a global partner for engineering services in collaboration with key players in the industrial sector, is looking for:

Validation Test Engineer

The profile required has to guarantee the Validation plan definition and maintenance for all the different area (Body,Chassis, Engine System, Interiors and EE) according to timing and budget, coordinating and optimizing the virtual validation, bench testing and vehicle road testing activities.

Main Activity/Responsability

• To ensure the customer target setting process in coherence with vehicle mission
• To support Project team in virtual and physical development plan definition managed through the Integrated Validation Plan.
• To ensure the virtual and physical validation during the different development phase
• Prototype plan optimization and customization for a specific application (project)
• To manage the relevant documents, within Integrated Test Plan, the Design Validation (DV) and Process Validation (PV) phase, through system's upload and test results publishing, in coherence to project schedule
• To ensure the Quality Tracking goals (Quality Targets) during maintenance phase and support the Cost Reduction Targets achievement.
• To ensure coherence between standard validation evolution and components/system bench test standards.
• To coordinate issues diagnosis with all the different domain area leaders.

TECH SKILLS

• Degree in Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or an equivalent education.
• Data Analysis skills and reporting tool (KPI)
• Problem solving and team working skills
• Good interpersonal skills, organization and self-management.
• Availability on extension on daily working time and eventually on foreign trips.
• Requiring fluent knowledge of English and Italian; French is considered a plus.”

The classification and remuneration will be based on candidate’s the experience. A permanent contract, restaurant tickets, and company benefits will be offered from the outset.
