Junior Telecommunications Engineer

The Role

As a Junior Telecommunications Engineer, you will support the deployment and optimization of advanced networks. You will work with experienced engineers on projects that connect millions of people worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and designing network solutions (Wireless, Core, or Transmission).
• Support the installation, testing, and integration of new equipment.
• Monitor and optimize network performance.
• Help create technical project documentation (HLD/LLD).
• Troubleshoot technical issues alongside the delivery team.
• Keep up to date with 5G, IoT, and Cloud technologies.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Recent or upcoming graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of wireless (LTE, 5G) or fixed networks (IP, Optical).
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude, and great teamwork.
• Language: Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory.
