Ready to grow your skills in a supportive, dynamic team? Apave Certification Italia is actively recruiting a Junior Technical Reviewer to join our Management Systems Division in Brescia, Italy .

Apave Certification Italia S.r.l., based in Brescia , is the dedicated certification body of Apave Italia and part of the Apave Group, an international leader in risk management operating in over 45 countries. The company focuses on guiding businesses and communities toward safe and sustainable growth through management systems certification. You will work in a dynamic, highly technical environment where local expertise meets a global strategic vision.

At ACI, you will help ensure excellence and process compliance, contributing to a solid organization that places safety and reliability at the heart of industrial progress.

Our structure includes 350 direct employees and a network of approx. 500 external professionals/freelancers, totaling around 850 technical experts. Our areas of specialization include mandatory and voluntary inspections (equipment, NDT, systems), certifications (systems and products), and specialized training in safety and technical subjects.

What you will do today and in the near term is to support our mission to guide businesses and communities toward a safe and sustainable future.

Responsibilities

  • Support technical control and review activities, ensuring high standards of compliance and quality.
  • Participate in information gathering, data interpretation, and documentation reviews related to management systems.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support certification and assessment processes.
  • Assist with the onboarding and integration of new clients within the Brescia bureau.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree (preferably Master’s) in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Law, or Economics.
  • Skills & Qualifications: Post-graduate Master’s in Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, and Energy).
  • Basic understanding of regulatory requirements and standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001).
  • Analytical skills to interpret technical and regulatory data.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of meticulousness, precision, and attention to detail; strong analytical mindset; team-oriented and proactive learner.

Contract & Availability

  • Contract type: Temporary or apprenticeship contract, with the intent of permanent placement.
  • Availability: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
  • Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
