Kuehne+Nagel is looking for a Technical Procurement Specialist to join the Procurement, Real Estate & Facility team in an international and dynamic environment focused on innovation and sustainability.

This role offers the opportunity to work on real projects related to the opening and optimization of logistics warehouses, with the possibility of traveling to operational sites — a chance to get to know the core of our operations and collaborate directly with local teams.

This position is ideal for recent graduates or diploma holders in technical fields, even with little or no experience, who are interested in developing skills in the procurement of strategic products and services for logistics.

How you create impact

• Supporting the procurement of products and services for warehouses (., shelving, forklifts, equipment, facility services, .
• Collaborating with project teams for the opening and optimization of new warehouses.
• Analyzing offers and comparing suppliers, with supervision and support from the senior team.
• Managing purchase requests, orders, and administrative documentation.
• Monitoring deliveries and assisting in resolving any supplier-related issues.
• Participating in project meetings, internal alignments, and coordination with the Corporate team.
• Implementing cost-saving initiatives in assigned spending categories in synergy with local and international teams.

What we would like you to bring

• 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Technical diploma (., industrial, mechanical, logistics, construction) or a bachelor’s degree in a technical / economic field.
• Fluency in Italian, good command of English.
• Willingness to travel for short periods to KN sites for operational activities and negotiations.
• Interest in the logistics and supply chain sector.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Teamwork skills, precision, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
