Randstad Italia is seeking an organized, reliable, and proactive assistant to support the daily operations of the General Services and Administrative Department for one of our clients, a Chinese multinational telecom company based in Milan.
This role involves handling a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

- Salary Range (RAL): around €28.000

Key Responsibilities
Accommodation and Business Travel Services
- Manage the daily operations of company-owned apartments, servicing internal employees for business trip accommodation requests.
- Coordinate hotel bookings and temporary lodging arrangements for expatriate employees during the settling-in phase.
- Oversee vendor coordination for check-in/out procedures, routine inspections, maintenance/repairs, and shuttle bus services.
- Verify and reconcile monthly rental and service charges to ensure accurate payment processing.
- Support annual contract review, handover, and renewal processes through operational analysis.
Physical Asset Management
- Oversee the complete lifecycle management of company physical assets, including registration, inventory stocktaking, and eventual disposal.
- Provide process guidance and operational support to internal employees regarding asset management best practices.
- Lead the overall planning, budgeting, procurement, and inbound management of administrative laptops and associated accessories.
- Manage the laptop asset deployment and recovery processes during employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Execute asset scrapping and disposal processes, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other related Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint).
Language Skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory.
