JOB OVERVIEW

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support the recruitment of talents to drive the transformation of different Functions in Stellantis.

You will play a key role in delivering a seamless candidate experience, assisting recruiters and hiring teams through interview coordination, resume screening, and sourcing support.

This is a learning-focused role ideal for someone starting their career in talent acquisition with a strong interest in a multinational Automotive Company.

This position is part of the Italian Talent Acquisition team which is managing permanent recruitments but also internship and apprenticeship for all of our sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with hiring teams to understand needs and domains of activity
  • Post job descriptions across internal systems and external platforms
  • Conduct initial CV screening and support first-round interview scheduling
  • Manage candidate records in our ATS, Workday, with high accuracy
  • Communicate interview logistics and status updates to candidates
  • Support sourcing efforts for early-career software, engineering, and data talent
  • Collaborate with the TA team on campus outreach, job fairs, and branding initiatives
  • Measure performance through TA KPIs to improve candidate's experience

PROFILE

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Politic Science or a related field
  • Internship or initial experience in HR, recruitment, or coordination roles
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (written and spoken); French is a plus
  • Comfortable with digital tools, spreadsheets, and scheduling systems
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar ATS is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Accountability and autonomy are fundamental in this position
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, international environment
  • Interest in the mobility, automotive, or tech sector is a bonus
