Junior Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for 4 motivated and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team as interns , with a clear path toward full-time employment . This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, and employer branding within an international environment.

Each position requires fluency in a specific language to support our global hiring needs:

• 1 position: Spanish speaker
• 1 position: German speaker
• 1 position: French speaker
• 1 position: Chinese or Japanese speaker

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling)
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviews
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Languages, or related fields
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / HR
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Italian (minimum B2 level)
• Fluency in one of the following languages: Spanish, German, French and Chinese or Japanese
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Next Steps
