This is a remote Junior Success Engineer role for a high-potential STEM profile. You will not be a traditional account manager; you will be an analyst who bridges the gap between complex business hypotheses and multi-agent digital modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Istrice Protocol: Mastering "the right distance"—maintaining empathy for client complexity while applying surgical objectivity to simulation data.
• Scientific Validation: Translating business assumptions into structured parameters for our virtual laboratories.
• Honest by Design Feedback: Delivering frank, evidence-based insights to stakeholders, prioritizing the integrity of the data over intuition.

We are looking for a recent graduate in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Data Science who is passionate about business dynamics and innovation frameworks.

• Customer Development (Steve Blank): Understanding the scientific approach to discovering market fit.
• Business Model Canvas (Osterwalder): Ability to deconstruct a business into its logical components.
• Design Thinking & Lean Startup: Familiarity with iterative prototyping and "Validated Learning."
