Junior Size & Fit Specialist (f/m/d)

To support our Size & Fit team we are searching for a Junior Size & Fit Specialist (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Alongside the live model team on set produce the size & fit information for all skus assigned within your shooting list

Ensure all skus in the shooting list are complete with high standards and in a timely manner

Conducting proactive market and competitor research to identify industry trends and strategic opportunities

Align with the other Size & Fit specialists to organize model rotation

Be a source of knowledge when it comes to size & fit as well as fabrics

Provide guidance to the freelancer team to ensure they are aligned with our DNA and standards

Proactively flag blockers and present solutions to the Size & Fit Team Lead in order to support with consistency and precision regarding the information transmitted to our customers

WHO YOU ARE

1-3 years of experience working within the Size & Fit field

Bachelor degree in fashion marketing or similar

Understanding of Women and Menswear international sizing

Knowledge of product category: Ready to wear and accessories

Organized, reliable and team player

Resilient with a problem solving mentality, able to work in a fast past environment

English written and verbal skills

Computer literate
