Junior Shipping Specialist

Alpinestars is looking for a Junior Shipping Specialist to join the Logistics Department at our Distribution Center.

Main responsibilities:

• Retrieve PODs for all DAP/CIP shipments managed by Alpinestars’ selected and paid forwarders;
• Access forwarder portals to download PODs stored;
• Manage PODs received via email from smaller forwarders, ensuring no documents are missed.
• PODs for consolidated shipments;
• Any additional shipping-related files required for auditing or internal reporting;
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide shipping documentation when needed;
• Support audits by providing complete and organized documentation.

Skills required:

• A short experience in shipping department could be a plus;
• Knowledge of English is mandatory (B2 level);
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Proficiency with digital archiving systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint/OneDrive);
• Good communication skills with both internal teams and external partners;
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
