Job description
As a IT Service Manager Consultant , you will contribute to the management and monitoring of IT services, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement of service delivery for our clients. This hybrid position is based in Milan (2/5 presence required during the first periods).
Your missions
- Manage requests through the ticketing system
- Ensure services provided meet agreed SLA, KPI, and quality standards with the business
- Update stakeholders on the progress and evolution of activities, including implemented solutions
- Monitor agreed service levels with suppliers using dashboards and KPIs
- Produce regular reports on service performance
- Investigate recurring issues and contribute to problem management
- Coordinate resolution actions with internal stakeholders (Upay functions)
- Propose process improvements and optimization initiatives
- Draft production processes related to current and new projects
- Coordinate and supervise ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Level Management)
- Keep the knowledge base updated
- Ensure compliance with regulations, internal policies, and security standards
Your profile
- Up to 3 years of professional experience in IT service management or related roles
- Certification in ITIL v4 is considered a strong plus
- Good command of English and fluency in Italian
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Team-oriented, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and follow up on service delivery
- Based in Milan with availability for a hybrid model (2/5 presence required initially)
