Location: Italy - (Milan, Verona, Rome, Bari, Florence)

General Responsibilities

• Plan transfer pricing strategies, limit tax exposure, and defend positions taken and applied practices.
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation, including Master File and Country File.
• Benchmark and use dedicated databases for transfer pricing analysis.
• Assist in the valorization of intangible assets through the 'Patent Box' tax regime (Senior role focus).
• Support multinational business groups in international taxation and consulting.
• Assist in preparing forms for the implementation of international policies to combat tax evasion (Country by Country Reporting).
• Assist in audits and management of pre-litigation and litigation phases.
• Manage disputes and risks related to transfer pricing.
• Streamline processes and ensure compliance with documentation requirements (Senior role focus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Law, or related field.
• Good knowledge of Tax Law; advanced knowledge preferred for Senior level.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
