Join Triumph Group as a Sell Out Specialist / In Store Representative (based in Marche) for the regions of Marche, Abruzzo, and Romagna.

This role offers the opportunity to work in an international, dynamic environment within a leading company in the lingerie sector. You will manage key customer accounts, foster relationships, and drive sales activities in your area.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage existing customer points of sale within Marche, Abruzzo, and Romagna.
• Activate new points of sale.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with in-store decision makers.
• Negotiate local promotional and marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Support in-store merchandising, inventory management, and display remodelling, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Accurately process orders and provide timely feedback on demand fluctuations.
• Monitor retail trends and competitors' products through regular customer visits.
• Prepare and submit monthly internal reports to the manager to analyze market position and identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets related to turnover, promotions, and new business development.

Your Profile:

• High School Diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sell Out within GDO.
• Based in Marche or Abruzzo (preferably between Ancona and Pescara).
• Proficient in Excel.
• Willing to work 100% on the field across Marche, Abruzzo, Romagna, and North Puglia.
• Good command of English.
