As we look to the future, we are seeking a Junior Salesperson based in the North of Italy

The Junior Salesperson – will be responsible for strengthening and further developing the TCL SunPower Global network in Italy into a world-class installation network.

This role would suit a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment, is capable of forming new and developing existing relationships with our partner base and has the vision and experience to manage a closely knit dealer network.

To succeed in this role, you must combine leadership abilities with detail-oriented execution skills and business savvy

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and day-to-day management of the dealer network
  • Assist in achieving quarterly and yearly sales targets under the guidance of the assigned Senior Sales Manager
  • Help collect and analyse regional market information and competitor activity
  • Support dealers in understanding and using sales tools to highlight TCL product benefits and drive end-customer sales
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to help execute regional sales and marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to sales reporting and forecasting by maintaining accurate data and follow-ups
  • Support the monitoring of pricing (ASP) and receivables in line with internal guidelines
  • Assist with the coordination of regional partnerships when required
  • Train existing and potential new partners on TCL SunPower Global products and energy solutions

Related Experience & Educational Requirements

  • First experience (or strong interest) in sales, ideally in renewable energy solutions (PV solar and storage) or in a similar industry such as home equipment, high-value consumer products, or solutions requiring installation and after-sales support
  • Exposure to or understanding of dealer or reseller sales models is a plus
  • Strong motivation to learn sales techniques and develop within a commercial role
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Interest in renewable energy solutions is an advantage
  • Basic technical curiosity and willingness to learn product features and applications
  • Well-organised, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure
  • Goal oriented to achieve quarterly and yearly sales target

Other

  • Occasional international travel may be required
  • The position is home-based
  • 50-75% of time travelling in the assigned area: mainly North of Italy
