Join us in creating a workplace where everyone is valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best.About the RoleAs we look to the future, we are seeking a Junior Salesperson based in North Italy to support the growth of SunPower products through our local Partner network.The Junior Salesperson will support the development of sales opportunities, strengthen relationships with local Partners, and contribute to the achievement of sales and growth targets in the assigned area.This role would suit a highly motivated, results-oriented entry-level profile with strong passion for solar energy, willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic sales environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and day-to-day management of the SunPower Partner network in the assigned area.Assist in achieving quarterly and yearly sales and growth targets under the guidance of the Assigned Manager.Help identify and develop new business opportunities with local Partners.Help collect and analyse regional market information and competitor activitySupport Partners in understanding and promoting SunPower products, product benefits, and energy solutions to end customers.Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to help execute regional sales and marketing initiativesContribute to sales reporting and forecasting by maintaining accurate data and follow-upsSupport the monitoring of pricing (ASP) and receivables in line with internal guidelinesAttend regional sales and promotional events arranged in close cooperation with local Partners.Arrange and support training events with sales and technical Partners on SunPower products and energy solutions.Related Experience & Educational RequirementsEntry-level profile, ideally with 2 years of experience in sales, renewable energy, electrical products, or B2B environments. Previous sales experience is a plus, but strong motivation and willingness to learn are more important.Strong motivation to build a career in sales and renewable energy.Passion for solar energy, sustainability, and SunPower products.Results-oriented mindset, with focus on achievements, sales growth, and measurable targets.Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and stay focused under pressure.Resilience, persistence, and strong commitment to reaching sales and growth targets.Fluency in spoken and written English. Good verbal and written communication skills.Well-organised, proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic commercial environment.OtherThe position is home-based.50–75% of time travelling in the assigned area, mainly North Italy.Occasional international travel may be required.A cover letter is mandatory.
