Key Responsibilities
- Support the review of commercial agreements
- Check that customer terms and conditions are in line with standard sales strategy and approved templates
- Flag non‑standard clauses or deviations and escalate for review
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Product teams when changes or approvals are needed
- Help maintain organized records of customer agreements and approvals
- Support updates to contract templates and internal commercial guidelines
- Assist with reporting and tracking of agreement status
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Law, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Internship in sales support, contracts, or commercial operations will be a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents accurately
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Basic understanding of sales or commercial processes
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Employment type: 6 months – fixed term contract
