Role Description

The Sales Support will provide daily support to the sales network in direct markets for the company’s three brands. This role is key to ensuring an efficient workflow, through process optimization and both strategic and operational support to agents and area managers. The Sales Support will report directly to the European Sales Director.


Main Responsibilities

Operational support to the sales network:

  • Daily management of agent requests and reports.
  • Coordination with various departments to ensure proper follow-up.
  • Monitoring issues and providing constant updates on progress.

Sales data analysis and management:

  • Creation and distribution of reports at different levels (agents, area managers, management).
  • Strategic analysis to track performance and identify growth opportunities.

Process optimization:

  • Propose continuous improvements to commercial workflows and processes.
  • Develop tools for daily monitoring of sales trends.

Sales tools management:

  • Verification and distribution of key materials (policies, commercial terms).
  • Check availability and accuracy of promotional materials and samples.

Commercial meetings / Trade fairs & events:

  • Support in gathering information and organizing seasonal or extraordinary meetings.
  • Participation in trade fairs, in coordination with marketing and sales teams.

Administrative aspects:

  • Verify agent and client contract compliance.
  • Monitor contract updates and communicate to operational functions.


In a second phase

Commercial development support

  • Research new opportunities and support growth of existing clients.
  • Analyze new markets and potential partners.

Ongoing cross-functional activities:

  • Continuously promote the company and brands, support training of sales force and clients.
  • Participate in company projects, collaborating across Milan, New York, and Stockholm offices.
  • Support transversal operational and organizational activities (Customer Service, inventory, office).
  • Collaborate directly with the European Sales Director on various projects and initiatives.
