What will you do?
- Provide support to customers from the first contact through to the booking
- Assist customers post-booking to ensure a smooth and excellent experience
- Contribute to business development strategies and commercial growth
Who are we looking for?
- People with a passion for sales and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Previous experience in sales or customer care (preferred)
- Goal-oriented with a drive to take on ambitious challenges
