Position:

We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager . Join us and you will be responsible for managing client relationships and supporting commercial activities. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-oriented, with a commercial background. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in client-facing environments and has a winning mindset, strong attention to detail, and solid business acumen.


Key Responsabilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned B2B clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Sales Execution: Support the implementation of the company’s commercial strategy by analysing market trends and customer needs and contributing to strategic adjustments where needed.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with the Sales and Fragrance Development teams.
  • Technical & Commercial Support: Present tailored solutions to clients, helping them understand both the technical and commercial value of our offerings.
  • Sales Forecasting & Planning: Support demand analysis and order planning to ensure alignment between supply and market needs.
  • Industry Engagement: Actively represent the company at trade shows, events, and B2B meetings to promote the brand and expand the professional network.


Key Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in B2B sales with a client-facing role, preferably in the fragrance, cosmetics, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in client management and commercial negotiations.
  • Fluency in Italian (C1/C2) and English (C1/B2); additional languages are considered a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and work in an international, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a solid commercial mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
