Junior Sales Manager | Boutique Luxury Hotel | Florence, Italy
An exclusive boutique luxury hotel located in the historic heart of Florence is seeking a Sales Executive or Junior Sales Manager to strengthen its commercial team. The property offers an intimate number of rooms and suites, refined dining, and a highly personalized guest experience defined by discretion, elegance, and attention to detail.
Position Objective
Drive commercial development across the Italian market and selected European markets, increasing visibility, positioning, and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand an existing client portfolio
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across leisure and corporate segments
- Prepare and execute structured monthly sales action plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel advisors and corporate accounts
- Negotiate and manage contracts
- Represent the hotel at relevant trade fairs and industry events
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure commercial alignment
Profile
- Degree in hospitality, business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar sales role within luxury hospitality
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Results-driven, analytical, and autonomous
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Offer
Full-time, permanent position. Salary around 30/35K, depending on experience and other benefits. Start date to be agreed.
