Junior Sales Executive

In this role you drive growth for InterSystems' Healthcare solutions in North-East Italy, focusing on EMR, interoperability, and AI-enabled technologies. You work closely with cross-functional teams to position solutions and manage a regional sales pipeline. The position combines healthcare IT expertise with enterprise software selling in a dynamic, public-procurement driven market. Health Insurance Develop and manage sales opportunities within healthcare organizations across North-East Italy Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, regional healthcare authorities, system integrators, and strategic partners Identify customer needs and position InterSystems' healthcare solutions, including EMR, interoperability, and AI-enabled technologies Support the preparation of commercial proposals and participate in public procurement processes Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing, and Delivery teams to develop winning strategies Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and contribute to achieving regional sales targets Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Life Sciences, or a related field 2–5 years of experience in Healthcare IT or enterprise software sales Good understanding of the Italian healthcare market and digital health ecosystem Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and their application in healthcare Familiarity with Italian public procurement regulations and public tendering processes Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven mindset Willingness to travel extensively across the North-East Italy region communication relationship-building proactive mindset AI concepts in healthcare Public procurement knowledge
