Your Mission Expand the customer base across Italy while strengthening and growing existing accounts Proactively identify, qualify, and develop high-potential business opportunities Translate customer needs and challenges into customized technical solutions Manage and advance projects end-to-end, from initial contact through design-in to revenue generation Serve as the central point of contact between customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams Represent the company at client meetings, trade fairs, and key industry events Your Profile Strong "hunter" mindset with a high level of ownership and a clear focus on closing deals Technically curious, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a performance-oriented environment Engineering background with around 3+ years of experience in technical sales or application roles Interest in photonics, thermal management, or power technologies Experience in consultative or solution-based selling is an advantage Fluent in both English and Italian
