Junior Sales & Applications Engineer - Incinerators

MilanThermal Oxidizer Division – Applications Engineering /Full-time /On-siteZeeco designs and manufactures advanced combustion and environmental solutions for industries such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, power, and LNG. It helps companies reduce emissions, improve operational efficiency, and meet environmental compliance requirements through products like burners, flare systems, and thermal oxidizers. For our italian HQ in Cinisello Balsamo (MI), we are now seeking a Jr.Sales & Applications Engineer to join our fantastic team. The position will require knowledge of all Zeeco products, with a focus on the Incinerators division products and technical requirements. The position will be responsible for proposal management, and all Zeeco disciplines required, ensuring the most complete offering with the greatest potential for award and contract.Job DutiesAnalyzes and interprets customer inquiries, including specifications, to design andspecify appropriate equipment for the application.Travels to customer's facilities for site support and details needed for technicalreview and proposal generation.Assists with technical development and risk assessment of customer inquiries.Develops cost estimates according to established guidelines.Sets product pricing using mark-up and commission schedules established bymanagement.Determines drawings needed for quotation and coordinates their completion.Writes, edits, and issues formal quotations to customer.Follow-up on any written or verbal correspondence with customer during quotation phase.Visits with customer's post-proposal issuance to discuss and negotiate proposal.Provide status reports to management on overall proposal status and activitiesAssist with the creation and modification of sales presentations / documents usingMicrosoft Office, Excel / PowerPoint / Publisher / Adobe and all Web based systems.Assist/guide commercial discussions with clientsWorks with management to determine updated skills and tools needed to continueimproving performance and knowledge.Performs other duties as may be assigned that are appropriate based on skills andexperienceRequirementsMaster Degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Energy Engineering or related field)Fluent in Italian and EnglishAvailable to travel worldwide for short but frequent tripsBusiness acumen and commercial sound decision are necessary to success in the roleResults driven and commitment to performA passion for Engineering and Business30,000 - 35,000 a yearWe are looking for bright, highly motivated recent graduates who are eager to build a successful career in the Oil & Gas industry.We offer outstanding opportunities for professional growth and career development in a dynamic, international environment, along with extensive training programs, flexible smart working arrangements, meal vouchers, and some of the best corporate events you'll ever experience.If you are ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to take on new challenges, we would love to hear from you.
