We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Account Manager to support and grow our customer relationships in the European market. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their sales career who enjoys coordinating projects , communicating with clients , and driving opportunities forward .

You will be involved throughout the entire sales cycle — from initial inquiry to long-term partnership — ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and effective collaboration across internal teams.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and support existing clients across Europe
  • Identify and approach potential new customers and business opportunities
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals
  • Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and sales performance reporting
  • Participate in customer meetings, trade fairs, and internal project discussions
  • Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, and leadership teams
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and timelines


Your Profile


  • Fluent in Italian , English and German .
  • First experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internship, working student, or junior position)
  • Interest or background in technical services, ideally within the solar or energy sector
  • Strong organizational skills and structured working style
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in using MS Office tools
  • Eager to grow professionally within an international business environment
