Randstad Italia Spa Inhouse Division is looking for a Junior Recruiter for a multinational company
We offer initial fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension
Ral 28-32
- Manage recruiting activity across a variety of disciplines including Digital Technology, and Manufacturing
- Be a great partner across businesses and TA teams,
- establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers in order to understand their business and recruitment needs and fill their open positions in a timely manner •
- Set high recruitment standards to guarantee positive candidate experience, always taking into consideration operational excellence and compliance •
- Effectively use social media tools
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology, humanistic or law degree are preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Organized and structured approach •
- Fluency in English
- Desire to work in an international and diverse environment
