Novac Srl, an innovative company active in the development of advanced energy storage solutions, is looking for a Junior Quality Assurance Specialist to join its team on a full-time basis.

The selected candidate will support the company’s quality assurance activities, contributing to the monitoring and development of internal procedures, as well as to the proper management of calibration planning and routine maintenance of machinery and instrumentation. The role also includes a hands-on operational component, with the objective of personally verifying that equipment and instruments are functioning correctly and supporting the continuous improvement of internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the monitoring, update, and development of quality procedures
• Collaborate in the management and improvement of internal processes from a quality perspective
• Plan and coordinate periodic calibration activities for instrumentation
• Support the planning of routine maintenance for machinery
• Perform operational checks to ensure the correct functioning of equipment and tools
• Contribute to quality-related documentation and process control activities

Preferred background

• Educational background in Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Chemistry, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or related technical fields
• Previous short experience, including internships or junior roles, in quality assurance, process management, manufacturing, laboratory activities, or technical documentation
• Familiarity with technical equipment, instruments, and industrial or laboratory environments is considered a plus

The ideal candidate has gained some initial experience in quality assurance, process management, or technical documentation, and is interested in growing professionally in a dynamic technological environment. A practical mindset, precision, organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and a proactive attitude toward personally overseeing the correct functioning of machinery and instrumentation are essential for this role.
