As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant), Energy and IT, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager in the construction industry to integrate our team of consultants and bring your expertise on all our projects.
What is the challenge?
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Manage site documentation and update the construction log, ensuring accurate tracking of project information.
- Act as a liaison between the technical office and site management, monitoring progress, schedule changes, and compliance with the project timeline.
- Report delays or modifications and coordinate communication among all stakeholders.
- Perform occasional on-site checks to verify timelines and adherence to safety procedures.
- Support the internal team with information management and reporting to the client.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in document management and coordination of construction projects.
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations (e.g., Legislative Decree 81/08) – preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Fuency in Italian is mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills and focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Availability for occasional on-site visits.
