They’ve already delivered 100MW in 2025, including their first plant connection in January, and are targeting 250MW in 2026, supported by a pipeline of over 400 projects. It’s a fantastic time to join, early enough to make a real impact, but with the financial backing, project volume, and structure to offer long term career progression. The strength of the fund also enables highly competitive packages, including bonuses of up to 50%.

They’re now looking to hire a Junior Construction Project Manager to support the delivery of utility scale solar projects across Italy.

This role will suit someone with 3 to 6 years experience who has come from a hands on EPC or site management background and is looking to step into a more structured project management position. The business operates a light EPC model, meaning they procure the main components directly and outsource the plant installation, so the role is heavily focused on coordinating multiple contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. xdwybme
