About the Role:
You will join the
Kinder Bueno team
as a Curricular Intern for a 6‑month internship starting in September, supporting the international coordination and strategic development of key brand projects. Based in Alba, Italy, you will contribute to the roll‑out of global initiatives with a strong focus on the evolution of the brand’s visual identity. You will support a large transformation project involving the assessment, harmonisation, and validation of packaging and graphic materials such as wrappers, labels, and trays, ensuring consistency across markets and alignment with the new global design system. Main Responsibilities:
You will support the Product Manager and the team in the international roll‑out of key projects, helping coordinate activities across multiple functions and stakeholders and ensuring deadlines are met. You will collaborate with internal teams such as CSU, Controlling, Legal, Packaging department, and graphic chain, as well as external agencies, helping secure alignment and timely execution of actions. You will contribute to the monitoring of project progress and to the validation process of the new visual identity, supporting the assessment and organization of existing materials and helping bring structure to the harmonisation of global assets. You will also support the adaptation of new graphics with international agencies and contribute to maintaining consistency across markets. You will assist in the coordination with Area Marketing teams and Business Units globally, supporting the preparation and sharing of brand guidelines. In addition, you will support the Brand Manager in briefing activities and in aligning editorial plans with the Kinder Digital team for the global Kinder Bueno social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). About You:
You bring a Master’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Management or a related field, and any previous internship experience in similar roles is a plus. You are structured, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. You have strong communication and analytical skills, combined with a proactive, hands‑on and results‑driven mindset. You are able to work effectively with different stakeholders in a multicultural context and are comfortable handling deadlines and operational complexity. You bring solid IT skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, and knowledge of Nielsen/IRI databases or SAP is a plus. You are fluent in Italian and English, and any additional language is considered an advantage. You are motivated, curious, and eager to learn, bringing energy and ownership to support both strategic and operational activities in a global brand environment.
