Junior Product Manager (Internship)

Space Mushrooms is looking for a talented Junior Product Manager (Intern) to support the development and growth of its mobile and web apps portfolio, which attracts more than one million downloads every month across the Apple and Google Play stores.

Who we are:

We are a startup founded in 2021 by Filippo Bozzoli Parasacchi, Andrea Terdich, and Daniel Zanchi. In a short time, we have built a diversified portfolio of mobile apps and software, which includes Photo and Video Editing, Music, Interior Design, Drawing software, and much more, currently reaching over 3 million downloads per month and 5 million active users. Since its inception, the company has experienced exponential growth;
we closed 2024 with €6Min revenue and €2.3M in EBITDA, and in 2025 we will surpass €10M in revenue with a 40% EBITDA margin. Our goal is to continue on an exponential growth trajectory, and to achieve this, we need to build a team of excellence that will help us scale the project.

As a Junior Product Manager (Intern) at Space Mushrooms, you will:

• Support the Senior Product Manager in overseeing the end-to-end development of mobile and web applications.
• Assist in coordinating internal resources (developers and designers) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Reply to user reviews on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, ensuring prompt engagement and effective communication with users.
• Support the translation of in-app materials (such as feature descriptions and user guides) to ensure our content is accessible to a global audience.
• Monitor app ratings across platforms, track key performance indicators, and identify actionable insights for improving app performance and user satisfaction.
• Assist in documenting and tracking A/B tests across our apps, ensuring proper test setup and data collection for performance analysis.
• Help track and monitor the quality of app performance, reporting issues and areas of improvement to the Senior Product Manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication of project goals and updates.
• Conduct research on industry trends, to provide insights for future app developments.
