Position


We are currently seeking for a proactive and passionate Junior Product Developer to join our RSRV team, located in Asolo . In this role, you will enter a team of specialists where you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and technically, delivering prompt support on a wide range of product development related activities.


Main Responsibilities


  • You will provide support to the team on a wide range of product development related duties such as drafting, completing, and checking BOMs, cost file maintenance as well as PLM related activities.
  • Moreover, you will be directly involved in material related activities, such as checking the material quality upon arrival, as well as following up on related testing activities.
  • You will also be involved in suppliers’ management related actions, having the opportunity to work closely as well as to build solid working relationships with them.
  • You will support on items quality checks and fittings, gaining the opportunity to further develop your technical skillset.


Requirements


  • Educational background in Product Development within the Fashion / Textile fields.
  • A minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Pattern Making related skills and / or experience will be considered a strong plus.
  • Previous experience with technical documentation such as BOMs, as well as with systems such as PLM will be considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Excel, PPT, Word, etc) and in Illustrator.
  • Fluency in English will be a must-have.
  • As you will be working closely with our US offices, work hours flexibility will be a strong asset.
  • You will boast a proactive, enthusiastic and collaborative approach to work, showcasing solid communication skills, assertiveness as well as reactiveness when facing challenges and / or work-related urgencies.
