To support our continuous growth, we are looking for a Product Development & Materials

Specialist to join our Product Team. This role will play a key part in material research, supplier

development, and the end-to-end product development process.


JOB PURPOSE

Support the Product Department in the development of collections, with a strong focus on

materials research, supplier sourcing, and quality control, ensuring the highest standards in terms

of product performance, aesthetics, and craftsmanship.


RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate will be responsible for:

- Researching, scouting, testing, and developing new suppliers, with a strong focus on fabrics,

yarns, and textile materials.

- Proposing and selecting fabrics, materials, and yarns in line with the brand’s identity, product

needs, performance requirements, and cost targets.

- Managing the development of selected products from initial design briefing through sampling,

prototyping, and final production delivery.

- Coordinating with designers, pattern makers, suppliers, and production partners to ensure

smooth workflow and timelines.

- Monitoring product quality throughout the entire development and production process.

- Performing quality control checks on samples and bulk production, both at our warehouse and

through on-site factory inspections.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

- Proven experience in the fashion or apparel industry, especially in product development roles.

- Strong and in-depth knowledge of textile materials, including fabrics, yarns, and finishing

processes.

- Educational background in textile engineering, fashion technology, or technical institutes

specialized in textiles is a strong plus.

- Open-minded attitude and strong willingness to learn, as well as to share knowledge and

support the growth of the team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage critical production phases.

- Excellent teamwork skills and high sense of responsibility.

- Good knowledge of Adobe Suite (Illustrator and InDesign).

- Good knowledge of Excel.

- Fluency in English.
