We're looking for a proactive
Junior
Procurement Specialist
to join our dynamic team in
Milan . In this role, you'll work closely with the Senior Procurement Manager to drive the success of community campaigns across Italy and international markets. If you're passionate about sourcing innovative products, building strong supplier partnerships, negotiating value, and turning market insights into business opportunities, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, through regular appraisals and development meetings. Support new product introduction and manage critical path processes to ensure timely delivery. Identify, evaluate and negotiate with new suppliers to improve competitiveness and expand sourcing opportunities. Assist in managing supply agreements in coordination with Group Legal Support major programmes by ensuring capacity planning, quality assurance, and risk management. Partner with cross-functional teams (including Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Legal, IT) and attend trade fairs to scout for new ideas and market innovations. Conduct pricing analysis, benchmark suppliers, and manage product portfolios, ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements. Analyse supplier performance after campaigns, monitor Key Performance Indicators, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Prepare insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decisions and management reviews. Job requirements
You will ideally have: At least 2 years' experience
in a procurement, sourcing, trading, or retail environment. Fluency in both English and Italian , with strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills , with the ability to build long-term partnerships and deliver commercial value. Strong analytical and numerical abilities , with a keen eye for detail and confidence working with data, pricing, and KPIs. The ability to manage multiple priorities , work to tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel and PowerPoint. A proactive and curious mindset , with a passion for innovation, market trends, and continuous improvement. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills , enabling effective collaboration across cross-functional and international teams. Willingness to travel
as required for supplier meetings, trade fairs, and business activities. What We Offer
