Junior Portfolio Management Analyst M/F

You will join our Markets & Investment Solutions (MIS) Team, a department that centralizes all portfolio management and investment advisory services offered to our Clients.

Under the supervision of the local Head of MIS, you will work in direct support of our Portfolio Managers in their daily activities, thereby gaining exposure to the full scope of the department’s operations.

Responsibilities

• carry out various data analysis activities for the DPM client base, ensuring compliance with federal investment guidelines and client-imposed constraints and objectives
• automate and improve existing and new processes through the use of VBA to ensure continuous efficiency in daily activities
• work on the implementation of dashboards providing the managers with continuously updated financial data
• create PowerPoint presentations, reports, performance files, etc. intended for commercial purposes or for client meetings and committees
• participate in portfolio analysis, in the analysis of asset allocation proposals, and in portfolio construction
• interact with other external stakeholders of the department, including relationship managers, to ensure timely execution of client requests
• verify executed orders
