Overview
To support the growth of our international Aerospace business line , we are looking for an HR Recruiting Intern / PMO who will support recruitment and candidate management activities for the German market .
The intern will be actively involved in direct candidate interaction and in matching client needs with suitable technical profiles.
Responsibilities
- Contact candidates by phone and conduct initial screening interviews
- Present and explain career opportunities within the aerospace sector
- Analyse client requirements and identify the most relevant candidate profiles
- Match job requirements with technical and engineering profiles
- Support administrative activities related to recruitment and onboarding
- Collaborate closely with HR and Business teams throughout the recruiting process
- Update and maintain candidate databases and tracking tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in humanities, economics, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Good command of the English language
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of the German language
- Interest in or familiarity with the aerospace and/or engineering sector
