Junior O2C Specialist (German + English) – Porto, Portugal

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Order to Cash (O2C) Specialist to join our team in Porto. If you have a background in finance or accounting and strong German and English skills, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in an international environment.

09:00 – 18:00
Weekends off

Salary & Benefits

• €1,300 gross/month (14 salaries per year)
• €300/month meal allowance (11 months)

Responsibilities

• Manage Order-to-Cash and Accounts Receivable processes
• Support invoicing, collections, and payment follow-ups
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with customers regarding billing issues
• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
• Collaborate with internal finance and operations teams

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 6+ months experience in Accounts Receivable/O2C/Finance (up to 2 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Good Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables preferred)
• ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus
• Fluent German + advanced English (C1)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and customer service skills
