Role Details

Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable processes in an international finance environment, ensuring accurate transactions and excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

• Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable processes in an international finance environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or similar.
• 6+ months experience in O2C / AR / Finance Ops (2–5 years a plus).
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables preferred).
• ERP knowledge (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite is a plus).
• Fluent German & Advanced English (C1).
• Detail-oriented, analytical, customer-focused.

Salary & Bonuses

• 1,300€ gross / month (14 payments).
• Welcome Bonus: 3,000€ (German speakers).
• Paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year.
• Payment depends on Not part of fixed monthly salary.

• Relocation support (if moving from abroad): Room in shared apartment up to 12 months, 280€ / month, utilities included (deducted from payslip).
