Requirements:
Mandatory Requirements:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia Design, or related field
- Good knowledge of Adobe Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Portfolio with motion or animation projects
- Understanding of motion design principles (timing, composition, storytelling)
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Attention to detail and strong visual sensitivity
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred / Plus Skills:
- Experience in agency or fast-paced environments
- Experience with PowerPoint or presentation design
- Knowledge of Italian
As a Junior Motion Graphic Designer, you will:
- Create motion graphics and animations for presentations, videos, and digital content
- Support senior designers in daily production activities
- Translate briefs into visual and animated content
- Collaborate with the Consulting and Design teams
- Apply feedback and iterate on creative assets
- Support internal creative projects
