Junior Merchandiser

Luxury brand is looking for a Junior Merchandiser to join our team in Milan who will that the relevant collection portfolio is developed in line with the Brand Strategy/positioning, fulfilling customer and Market requirements and meeting profitability goals while liaising with Design Studio and other Functions within the organization.La descrizione completa del lavoro illustra tutte le competenze, l'esperienza pregressa e le qualifiche che i candidati dovrebbero possedere.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Elaborate analysis on a daily/weekly/Monthly base on business performanceSupport in the optimization of stock levels across Regions maximizing sales opportunities and improving inventory efficiencyDevelop a clear understanding of competitors' strategies, brand positioning and pricing.Collect and analyze strategic trends and key market information in order to identify and maximize future sales opportunities. xdwybme Support in the definition of the collection brief (prices, function of use, trends).Support Markets and Sales teams throughout the buying campaign by preparing and maintaining commercial tools, assortment guidelines, product presentations, and collection documentation to facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment across RegionsEXPERIENCE:At least 1 year in Merchandising or similar role (preferably in fashion or luxury industry)Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PPTSolid analytical skillsProduct sensitivityFluent in Italian and English
