What You’ll Do
- Maintain technical drawings of existing implantable devices and instruments using PLM and CAD software.
- Develop prototypes, new products and custom instruments.
- Write and review technical documentation: design analysis, test protocols, technical papers, and labelling.
- Support the definition of technical specifications and preparation of regulatory documentation.
- Collaborate with new‑product development teams and external stakeholders to design instrument boxes.
- Contribute to product registration in new markets and re‑certification for the European market.
- Interface with national and international suppliers.
- Manage technical documentation using PLM and dedicated management systems.
Requirements
- Education: Technical diploma (mechanical or mechatronic) or bachelor’s degree in mechanical or biomedical engineering.
- Experience: Prior work experience in technical offices of mechanical/manufacturing companies or design studios is considered a plus.
- Technical Skills: Reading and interpreting technical drawings; familiarity with regulatory concepts (e.g., MDR); knowledge of mechanical materials and processing; proficiency in CAD software; good command of written and spoken English; familiarity with Microsoft Office; technical and scientific writing experience is a plus.
- Transversal Skills: Attention to detail, teamwork, proactive mindset, openness to change, and strong interpersonal skills.
