Junior Mechanical Engineer - Internship

We are looking for young professionals with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering to join Flex Design Center in Milan.

Typical Day

Work in a multidisciplinary team to develop the mechanical components of medical devices.

Perform feasibility studies and build proof‑of‑concept prototypes for assessment.

Provide high‑quality technical reports supported by simulations and/or lab tests.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Knowledge of kinematics, mechanisms, and production technology processes.

Competence in CAD tools, preferably CREO or SOLIDWORKS.

Strong communication skills – explaining technical topics.

Fluent in English and Italian.

Preferred Experience

Examples of personal projects or designs.

Experience with fast‑prototyping technologies.
