Junior Mechanical Designer

Experteer Overview

In this role, you will support the Mechanical Modeling Design & Ovens team to design machinery for production and special processes. You will collaborate across plants and with external suppliers to deliver innovative solutions that meet project specifications while promoting continuous improvement. You will handle technical and non-technical aspects such as budget, schedule, safety, hygiene, and environment, contributing to global projects from Alba with cross-functional stakeholders. This is an entry-level position with growth potential in a globally connected innovation unit.

Responsabilità

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• Around 1–3 years of design experience in machinery for Food, FMCG, or Automation
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles
• Proficiency in CAD software (2D/3D)
• Experience with Autodesk Inventor preferred
• Good communication in Italian and English
• Willingness for international mobility
