Role

As part of its international expansion and strengthening of its Florence office, DIGITAL VIRGO is seeking a Marketing Associate to join the Product Department to support the Go-to-Market team in all its activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating and distributing high-quality marketing materials to strengthen our sales force and drive business growth.

Profile

You’ll take care of the daily operations of the Go-to-Market team to:

- Drive the creation of compelling marketing and sales narratives, transforming data and product features into engaging stories and impactful materials that empower the Management and Sales Team to succeed in the marketplace. Respond efficiently to specific requests from mobile operators and prospective partners (RFI, RFP, RFQ), ensuring our positioning is both strategic and memorable.

- Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional environment with design, content, acquisition, product, and sales teams, championing seamless integration and the delivery of strategies that bring our vision to life.

- Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to recognize new opportunities and leverage insights, ensuring our products remain innovative and well positioned.

Skills and Experience

• Proactive, flexible, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with proven ability to craft and deliver powerful storytelling and establish clear, persuasive narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Goal-driven, with a demonstrated ability to turn objectives into market successes.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
• Experience in similar roles, an understanding of digital product development, knowledge of Agile methodologies and knowledge of French will be considered a plus.
