Junior Management Systems & Compliance Specialist

Role Overview
Chematek is seeking a Junior Management Systems & Compliance Specialist to support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Company's Management Systems and certification programs.
This position is ideal for a motivated professional with initial experience in Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, Compliance, or Management Systems who is looking to develop a career in an international and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Company's Management Systems and certification programs.
- Update procedures, records, and controlled documentation.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Monitor corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in KPI monitoring and management reporting.
- Support training and competence management activities.
- Monitor applicable legislation and compliance obligations.
- Assess regulatory updates and support their implementation within management systems.
- Maintain compliance registers and related documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Safety, Quality Management, Law, or related disciplines.
- Basic knowledge of management systems and compliance principles.
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality, HSE, Compliance, or Management Systems is preferred.
- Training on management systems and/or internal auditing is considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good English language skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
