Role Description

This is a role for a Luxury Real Estate Junior Associate at VRL Luxury Brokerage, operating on an international level with full flexibility.

As a Luxury Real Estate Junior Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and negotiating high-value assets across the company’s sectors, including Real Estate, Jets, Yachts, Cars, Helicopters, Motorcycles, Art, Watches, Collectibles, Jewelry, Gems, and Wines.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying opportunities
  • Building relationships with clients, investors, collectors, and industry professionals
  • Conducting market research
  • Managing negotiations
  • Ensuring smooth, confidential, and professional transactions

This role offers complete autonomy, with no territorial restrictions and no fixed working hours, allowing brokers to operate independently while representing VRL Luxury Brokerage at the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, brokerage, negotiation, or client management is preferred, but high-potential and ambitious candidates without prior sales experience will also be considered
  • Strong ambition, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-driven attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and manage client relationships autonomously
  • Interest or knowledge in one or more luxury sectors is highly advantageous
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
