Summary

BE-COME is hiring a Junior Legal Associate to support venture capital transactions and startup legal operations. You’ll work on early-stage investments, cap tables, corporate governance, and legal documentation. This is a hands-on, high-trust role for someone who wants to go beyond traditional legal paths and grow inside the venture ecosystem.

Responsibilities

·   Draft and review legal documents: term sheets, shareholders’ agreements, capital increase resolutions, and related contracts

·      Support legal due diligence and communicate risk points clearly

·      Coordinate with external law firms and internal stakeholders on closing processes

·      Assist in managing governance documents, powers of attorney, and company registers

·      Work on modeling cap tables and interpreting VC financing terms

·      Maintain transaction records and organize digital archives

·      Help founders and clients navigate legal terms in practical, startup-friendly ways

Qualifications

·      Law degree + 2–3 years of experience (M&A, VC/PE, startup legal experience preferred)

·      Strong legal drafting, detail orientation, and analytical thinking

·      Proactive, humble, and eager to learn fast

·      Ability to manage multiple deals/projects in parallel

·      Strong written and verbal communication in Italian and English

·      Familiarity with venture capital terminology is a plus

·      Comfortable working in a dynamic, lean, and trust-based environment
